Multiple ways to Pay for your test

To ensure that as many people are able to access our services as possible we offer multiple ways to pay for capsule endoscopy testing.

You pay the full cost of your treatment. This can be done via Credit Card, Debit Card or Bank Transfer.

Capmed Diagnostics is able to take payments via Klarna to provide an affordable way of funding tests.  You can choose to pay in 3 interest-free payments, pay in full, or pay within 30 days. 

We are currently awaiting confirmation of our registration with the Private Health Insurers to be able to bill them directly. However, if your policy will allow you to pre-authorise and claim back payment at a later date we'd be happy to support where possible.

We'll  let you  know when payment becomes due so that you are able to plan and access your Capsule Endoscopy test as quick as possible

Patients who self-refer will be required to pay for their initial pre-assessment appointment before the appointment takes place. 

The cost of this appointment will then be deducted from the total selected  package price and following pre-assessment an invoice issued for the difference.

The outstanding balance will need to be paid prior to the test date and any medication being dispatched.

Unfortunately, initial appointments are generally not eligible for inclusion in any finance options offered by the company. 

Patients who are referred by another clinician will receive an invoice following registration for the full cost of the testing package as the referring clinician should have discussed what test you should pay for as part of the referral.

However, should they wish, referred patients are also able to pay for the initial pre-assessment test and clear the outstanding balance before the procedure in a similar way to self-referring patients.

Struggling with symptoms is stressful enough so whilst we will send a gentle reminder and drop you a call if payment is outstanding, we won't chase unnecessarily. We therefore need to make you aware that all tests must be paid for prior to them taking place.  

Following your pre-assessment appointment, your test date will be booked. However, any required preparation medication will not be dispatched until the outstanding invoice is settled.  Unfortunately, this means if invoices aren't settled 48 hours prior to your test date then your procedure will be cancelled.
